Cancellation policy-
If you cancel/reschedule via online, texting, or calling us within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged the cancellation fee. Unless you receive a response from us via text or email confirming that your appointment is canceled or rescheduled as well as a text/email from us confirming the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment, then the link texted and emailed to you with your appointment confirmation when you booked is the only acceptable way to reschedule or cancel your appointment without being charged 24 hours before your appointment. You can also login to your profile on our site to cancel or reschedule upcoming appointments. Once it is within 24 hours of your appointment time, Appointments can not be rescheduled. You must cancel the current appointment and pay the fee and then schedule a new appointment for later that day if available, or a later date. The fee for cancellations and rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment is 50% of your appointment total. No call/No shows will be charged 100% of your appointment total. The cancellation fee must be paid in full within 24 hours of canceling your appointment, or you will be further banned from booking.
No Show Policy-
If you no show you will be charged the cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment total and full payment upfront for your services will be required for your next appointment before you can book again. All no shows are subject to being banned from booking, and no shows more than once will be banned from further booking.
Late policy-
If you are more than 7 minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled and you will be charged the cancellation fee. 7 minutes means you must be in our treatment room by the 7 minute mark or we will not be able to accommodate you. Being down the street, in the parking lot, in the bathroom, ect. does not count as being here by the seven minute mark. We have our appointments set to a specific time on purpose to make sure we can accommodate everyone and we do not want to inconvenience our other clients by running late. If we are still able to accommodate you after you are passed the seven minute mark for your appointment, a $15 late fee will be applied to your total if we are still able to perform your services. It is never guaranteed that we will be able to still accommodate you after the seven minute mark. We want to be able to provide the best possible services to all of our amazing clients and enforcing these policies helps us do so, thank you for understanding!
Booking Policy-
You must have a credit card on file to hold your appointment and your appointment must be paid for up front. If you do not you will be contacted to add it before your appointment can be officially confirmed and booked. If we do not receive a response with a credit card to hold on file before your appointment, and payment for your services your appointment will be subject to cancellation. If you are going to be removing or adding services to your appointment you must let us know 24 hours beforehand.
